If you thought carrying around a passport sucked, translation books suck even more because they're a lot thicker. I'm very happy with the product. Wow. I simply browse to the proper section and I'm set: Conversation, Travel, Accommodations, Food, Services & Shopping, Entertainment, & Reference. As I continued to look around, I noticed the "iSpeak" in a dvd-like case. I looked at the front and back and realized it was a mini-translator for ipods. I was looking for a portable English to Spanish translation book. There is no need for sifting through pages.
The translation appears on the screen and can be read. It's such a useful tool to use and it's not at all a burden to carry around since my nano is so tiny. If I'm unsure of how to properly say the Spanish translation, I click on it and the translation is stated properly in Spanish. For only $12.95, I bought it without hesitation. Furthermore, while checking out the book, I figured it'd be a pain to actually use in real life: flipping from one page to the next attempting to find the right translation. Once I click on a section, numerous subsections appear.
What an amazing concept. I just transferred all the material into my ipod nano. For instance, after clicking on Conversation, the following subsections come up: Introductions, Occupations, Interests, Opinions, Descriptions, Feelings, & Weather.
Easy to use. I wish they would come out with more versions that were not as heavily tourist based.
